If you've browsed a few Malaysian online casino platforms, you've probably noticed that almost all of them offer a welcome bonus. But as the saying goes, "not everything that glitters is gold." Some bonuses look generous on the surface but come with rollover requirements so steep they're nearly impossible to clear. Others lock withdrawal limits so low that getting your winnings out becomes a real struggle. That's where 998hihi stands apart.
The 998hihi welcome bonus is built with Malaysian players in mind. Our rollover requirements are among the most competitive in the market — starting from 18x for sports bonuses up to 30x for the no deposit bonus. That means you won't need to wager hundreds of times the bonus value before withdrawing your winnings. The rules are clear, written in black and white, and we never change them without prior notice to our members.
The answer is simple — real value. Take our casino slots bonus as an example: deposit RM50 and you play with RM100. That's not just a nice-sounding number. With RM100 in your balance, you can explore more games, bet at a more comfortable stake level, and have far more opportunities to trigger bonus rounds in your favourite slots. Based on feedback from our players, a larger starting balance often leads to longer sessions and a more rewarding overall experience.
The 998hihi football bonus is designed specifically for local and international sports fans. Whether you follow the Malaysia Super League — JDT, Selangor FC, or Perak FC — or prefer the EPL, La Liga, or Bundesliga, our Sports Betting bonus gives you extra funds to make every match more exciting. Imagine how much more thrilling it is to watch JDT vs Selangor with a small wager that could turn into a handsome win!
Many new players are confused about what a rollover or wagering requirement actually means — but it's nothing to worry about once you understand how it works. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover, you'll need to place total bets of RM2,000 (not win RM2,000) before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
With a standard slot game at RM1 per spin, you would need to make 2,000 spins. Playing every day over a week, that works out to around 285 spins per day — very manageable for an active player. And keep in mind, every win you land while working through the rollover is entirely yours to keep. 998hihi does not deduct any winnings during the rollover process.
One reason 998hihi has become the platform of choice for so many Malaysian players is its wide range of convenient payment methods. We understand that every Malaysian has their preferred way to pay — some favour Touch 'n Go eWallet for its ease, others use GrabPay because it's already part of their daily routine for food and shopping, and some prefer DuitNow for direct bank transfers. At 998hihi, all of these methods are accepted with no additional fees.
Deposits are processed in seconds, and the welcome bonus is credited automatically. From the moment you click "Deposit" to the moment you start playing, there's no time wasted. We also accept FPX via internet banking platforms such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks for players who prefer more traditional methods. Everything is secure, encrypted, and processed through licensed payment channels.
