998hihi Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 998hihi. By accessing or using the 998hihi platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 998hihi platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with 998hihi, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 or above at the time of registration
• Is an individual, not a company or corporate entity
• Registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only
• Not currently prohibited by any relevant authority from participating in gambling activities
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 998hihi. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms. 998hihi reserves the right to merge, close, or seize funds from duplicate accounts without prior notice. Balances used for bonus activity are not eligible for refund if a duplicate account is detected.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

998hihi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport
• Bank statement or utility bill as proof of address
• Payment method details used

Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Deposit & Payment

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

998hihi accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned in full (less any transaction fees charged by the payment provider, if applicable).

3.2 Currency

All transactions on the 998hihi platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 998hihi does not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion will be performed by the platform.

Withdrawal of Funds

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time via the "Withdrawal" page in their account. All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, except where this is not possible.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per request
• Standard maximum withdrawal limit: RM30,000 per day
• Withdrawals below RM10,000: processed within 15 minutes
• Withdrawals of RM10,000–RM30,000: processed within 2–4 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before a withdrawal is approved, players must have met the rollover requirements associated with any bonuses received. Withdrawals also require identity verification to be fully completed. 998hihi reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals for legal compliance purposes.

Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions at 998hihi are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) explicitly stated in each promotional offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated are:

• Welcome bonus: 15× rollover (total deposit + bonus)
• Reload bonus: 10× rollover (on total bonus amount)
• Weekly cashback: no rollover — withdrawable immediately
• Referral bonus: 5× rollover (on total referral bonus amount)

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the 998hihi bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automation software or bots, or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

Game Rules

All games on the 998hihi platform — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, table games, and football betting — have their own specific rules, available on each game's respective page.

6.1 Final Results

All game results recorded by the 998hihi system are final and binding, subject to the formal appeal process described in Clause 6.3. For live casino games, video recordings of the session serve as definitive evidence in any dispute regarding game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session that prevents a round from being completed, 998hihi will:

• Returns the full stake if the round has not started or cannot be verified
• Completes the round based on the last recorded state if sufficient data is available
• Replacement credits issued within 24 hours for cases that cannot be resolved automatically

6.3 Dispute Procedure

Should any dispute arise regarding a game result or transaction, the player must contact the 998hihi support team within 72 hours of the incident via live chat. Appeals received after this period may not be considered. 998hihi's decision following an internal investigation is final.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 998hihi username and password confidential. 998hihi will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify 998hihi immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Recommended steps include:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings
• Do not log in from shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks
• Always log out fully after each session, especially on shared devices

Sports Betting Rules

This section applies specifically to Sports Betting offered by 998hihi, including football betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and all other available leagues.

8.1 Odds Confirmation

Odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error causing clearly incorrect odds to be shown (for example, odds of 100:1 for a match with a near-certain outcome), 998hihi reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the full stake.

8.2 In-Play Betting

For live (in-play) betting, all bets accepted and confirmed by the 998hihi system prior to the actual event timestamp are valid. Bets placed after the event has occurred — even due to video broadcast delays — will be voided without payment.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your 998hihi account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be met, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance may be fully withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension by 998hihi

998hihi reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, hacking, or system abuse
• The Member has breached any part of these Terms
• Suspected money laundering activity detected
• Information provided during registration found to be false
• Member makes threats or engages in inappropriate conduct towards 998hihi staff
• Accounts belonging to individuals under the age of 21

998hihi's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Amendments to Terms

998hihi reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via:

• Email to the address registered on your account
• Updates to the Terms & Conditions page showing the latest revision date

Continued use of the 998hihi platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
