Every spin grows the jackpot. Every bet adds to the prize. At 998hihi, our progressive jackpots never stop climbing — and the next winner could be you!
Every spin gives you a chance to turn RM5 into millions
998hihi runs a four-tier jackpot system that guarantees frequent big wins. From the Mini — which hits almost daily — to the Mega, which can reach into the millions, every tier gives every player a real shot.
The larger your bet, the higher your contribution percentage to the jackpot pool — which means your chances of hitting a higher tier increase as well.
Progressive jackpots are one of the most thrilling features in online casinos — and at 998hihi, we make sure that experience is the best it can be for Malaysian players. But what exactly makes a progressive jackpot so special compared to regular wins in slots or table games? The answer lies in how the prize pool is built and grows.
Unlike fixed jackpots with a set prize value, progressive jackpots at 998hihi grow every time any eligible bet is placed. A small fraction — typically between 0.25% and 1.5% — of each bet is added to the jackpot pool. Picture thousands of players across Malaysia playing simultaneously, each one nudging the jackpot higher. Within just a few hours, the pool can grow by thousands of ringgit. That's why you'll sometimes see jackpot figures exceeding RM5 million or more.
Here's the best part — every player who places a qualifying minimum bet has a chance to win the jackpot, regardless of bet size. Sure, larger bets increase your contribution percentage and theoretically improve your odds slightly. But the reality is, any player at 998hihi can win — whether you're a new player who just deposited RM50 or a high-stakes VIP. History has proven this time and time again.
Take the story of a player from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah who registered at 998hihi less than a week before winning a Major jackpot worth RM284,000. He was playing at just RM5 per spin — proving that at 998hihi, luck doesn't favour any particular stake size or status. What matters is that you're in the game.
While there's no guaranteed formula for winning a jackpot — it's random at its core — there are practical strategies that can help you play smarter. First, always bet at or above the minimum stake required to qualify. At 998hihi, most jackpot games require a minimum bet of RM5 per spin to be eligible to contribute to and compete for the jackpot pool.
Consistency matters more than bet size. It's better to play 200 spins at RM5 each than 20 spins at RM50 — because every spin is an independent new chance to trigger the jackpot. Make the most of 998hihi's welcome bonuses and promotions to extend your spins without spending more. Bonus funds credited after your first deposit can be used on jackpot games, giving you more chances at no extra risk.
At 998hihi, jackpot payouts are transparent and fast. Once a jackpot is triggered, our system automatically verifies your win. For Mini and Minor jackpot wins up to RM50,000, funds are credited to your account within 30 minutes. For larger Major and Mega jackpots, verification takes 24–48 hours — this is standard procedure to ensure security and prevent fraud, not to delay your payment.
Once verified, you can withdraw your jackpot winnings using any Malaysian payment method you prefer — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. There's no withdrawal limit on jackpot winnings at 998hihi. You win it all, you keep it all.
Beyond popular international jackpots, 998hihi also offers an exclusive jackpot designed specifically for Malaysian players. The 998hihi Exclusive Mega Pool pools contributions from every game on the platform — slots, table games, and Sports Betting alike. This means every gaming activity you take part in, regardless of your game of choice, adds to your chances of winning this exclusive mega jackpot. It's one of the ways 998hihi rewards player loyalty, no matter what your favourite game is.
